About the Role
- As Parts Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our parts department, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and developing a small, high-performing team
- Managing inventory, stock control, and ordering
- Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships
- Supporting the service department to keep the workshop running at full pace
- Driving performance, profitability, and continuous improvement
- Delivering exceptional internal and external customer service
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in automotive parts (leadership experience preferred)
- Strong organisational and inventory management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Confidence leading a team and driving performance
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Full NZ Driver’s Licence
- NZ Residency
