Administration Manager - South Canterbury Toyota

Behind every successful business is an exceptional Administration team and we are looking for someone to lead ours.

Leading the administration team of 3 within our business, this full-time 40hour per week position offers a busy and varied role covering all aspects of office administration. Joining the wider Dealership team, you will also be part of our leadership group, supported by our wider McDermid Auto Collective Administration and management team.    As a member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administration operation while identifying opportunities to improve processes, develop your team, and contribute to the ongoing success of the business.

The successful applicant will have:

  • an experienced and proven background in all areas of office administration covering:
    • Accounts payable/receivable 
    • General Ledger transactions and balancing
    • Financial reporting & IRD payments
    • Staff management
  • excellent time and organizational management
  • a customer-based outlook and enthusiastic personality
  • highly competent communication skills to liaise with customers and staff
