About the role
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week, Monday- Friday), where you will play a key support role within our team.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Meet & greet customers when they arrive in store
· Telephone duties
· Accounts Payable
· Reconciling bank statements
· Processing NZTA transactions
· Banking and cash handling
· Reconciliations
· General administrative duties

About you
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have previous experience in an administration role
- Have consistent high attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Have the ability to get along with a wide range of people
- Be process driven
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and have the ability to work with business systems
- Have desire to strive for excellence and constantly look for ways to exceed expectations
- Have great attitude and be a team player
