Automotive Sales Consultant

    

At Northland Toyota, we are looking to grow our team with a customer centric super star that can embark on a career in the automotive industry developing into a professional Vehicle Consultant.

Applicants do not need to have extensive knowledge of vehicles; however, integrity and a passion for helping people is non-negotiable. We provide, in conjunction with Toyota New Zealand, extensive training for all our staff. Some sales experience would be preferred, along with customer service experience. People management experience is advantageous; however, it is not a pre-requisite.

Remuneration is by way of a balance of motivational salary, commission, staff discounts & opportunities for career development.

As we are a 6-day business, Saturday work is required.
