Joining our busy Service Team as a Service Advisor, offers the chance to work with New Zealand’s most popular vehicle brand. Dealing with a variety of people every day, the successful applicant will enjoy working within a great company atmosphere, focused on customer service. This role is a fixed term position for 12 months, covering a member of our team who will be on parental leave.
Reporting to the Service Manager; the key responsibilities of this role include greeting all customers at our service reception, advising customers on their service and repair options, booking the service technicians work and invoicing repair work carried out. Applicants with an automotive background is advantageous but not essential and full training will be provided to the successful person.
All applicants will need to have the right to work in New Zealand and hold a full and clear NZ Driver’s license.
