So, what's this job all about then?

The answer to this is a lot of different things, so you need to love variety and be keen to learn heaps of new things. The successful applicant will certainly gain a solid understanding of how our operations tick over!

  • Service – You will be supporting the service team each morning by helping to greet and check in our customers, dropping off and collecting vehicles and customers, answering calls and helping with invoicing and filing as required. There may also be times when you work in service for the day due to leave, training etc.
  • Sales – You will be accurately checking details on all sales paperwork, completing change of ownership and vehicle registrations, assisting with getting our vehicles listed online and supporting the team with all sales based compliance paperwork.
  • General admin – You will be responsible for daily admin tasks such as receipting payments, creating purchase orders, reconciling cash & EFTPOS banking daily, and ordering office supplies as required.
  • Hospitality – You will be acting in a concierge role; meeting and greeting our customers as they arrive at the store, ensuring our facilities are all kept immaculate and welcoming for our guests, and the coffee machine and customer lounge are all well-presented. 
  • Compliance – You will be our in-store support person to ensure we are compliant in Health & Safety, and will also help oversee the maintaining of our Toitū Envirocare standards alongside our HR Manager.
