Eastland Toyota is on the lookout for a motivated and organised Service Advisor to join our Gisborne team. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where you’ll be at the centre of the action — connecting our customers with our workshop team and helping deliver an exceptional service experience from start to finish.

What you’ll be doing:

• Being the main point of contact for service customers 
• Coordinating bookings and daily workshop flow 
• Acting as the vital link between the front counter and workshop 
• Keeping customers informed throughout the service process 
• Supporting invoicing and administrative tasks 
• Delivering a professional, seamless customer experience 

What we’re looking for:

• Strong customer service and people skills 
• Great organisation and attention to detail 
• Confidence working in a fast-moving environment 
• Good computer and administration skills 
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn 
• Previous admin or customer service experience preferred 
• Automotive experience is a bonus, but not essential — full training and support will be provided for the right person.

This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:30pm.

Applicants must hold a Full NZ Driver Licence and have NZ Residency or a valid NZ Work Visa.
