Experienced Parts Salesperson

Albany Toyota is an award-winning dealership with over 100 staff members across multiple sites. With more than 30 years of automotive experience and a proud reputation for exceptional customer service, we are committed to delivering the highest standard of workmanship across all areas of our business. Due to one of our team members retiring, we are currently on the lookout for an experienced Parts superstar! You will be in a fun team of 5 based at our Albany branch working Monday to Friday with a rostered Saturday of 8am to 12pm. Our highly skilled parts consultants and departments work together to ensure a great experience for our customers and a seamless operation in-house. 

Key tasks:

• Follow through on all customer enquiries, may this be by phone, email and in person. 
• Build and maintain customer relationships through excellent customer service. 
• Picking parts for customer orders and checking availability of stock. 
• Quoting, invoicing, and taking payments. 
• Accurate ordering of parts. 
• Carry out duties to a high standard in a timely and efficient manner.

A little bit about you:

• Ability to multitask with excellent attention to detail.
• Professional communication and customer service skills. 
• A reasonable knowledge of cars and automotive parts. 
• Must have minimum 3 years' experience as a Parts Salesperson. 
• Be comfortable lifting and moving some heavy objects. 
• Strong numerical and computer skills.
• Enthusiasm and an excellent team player. 
• Current New Zealand residency / citizenship or valid full working rights (required).
