What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in vehicle sales (2+ years experience preferred and ideally new vehicles at a Franchise dealership).
• A passion for building long-term customer relationships.
• Exceptional communication and people skills.
• A strong team player with the drive to achieve and exceed goals.
• Organisational skills to manage sales processes efficiently.
• A willingness to learn, adapt, and stay up to date with new vehicle models and accessories.
• Tech-savvy and confident using computers and sales platforms.
• Availability to work weekends and rostered shifts.

What Your Role Involves:

• Engaging with customers and guiding them through their vehicle purchase journey.
• Managing relationships with new and existing clients.
• Providing expert knowledge on our latest Toyota models and accessories.
• Maintaining accurate records and communicating order statuses efficiently.
• Championing Albany Toyota’s values and commitment to exceptional service.
• Participating in our Health, Safety, and Environmental policies to ensure a safe workplace.
