New Vehicle Sales Consultant

Hawkes Bay Toyota Napier has an exciting opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our New Vehicle Sales team.

This role has become available due to internal promotion, reflecting the strong career pathways and development opportunities within our group. We’re proud to grow our people from within, and we’re now looking for the next motivated sales professional to step into this space and continue building on that success.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing the full sales process from enquiry to vehicle delivery 
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience at every stage 
• Building strong, long-term customer relationships and repeat business 
• Working collaboratively within a high-performing sales team 
• Contributing to the continued growth of Napier Toyota

• Full NZ driver’s licence 
• NZ citizenship or residency 
• Confident communicator who builds rapport naturally 
• Motivated, reliable, and hungry to succeed 
• Previous sales experience is an advantage, but a keen attitude is everything
