What will the position entail?

  • Accurately identifying, picking and selling the right vehicle parts for customers through our online systems
  • Promoting the strengths and benefits of using genuine Toyota parts and accessories
  • Stock organisation and keeping it all up to date, tidy and accurate
  • Customer follow up calls 
  • Understanding the importance of our customer 'Pulse' feedback system
  • Committing to the training and learning that will come with the position
  • Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm and Saturday morning as per roster (9am-12pm).

What will I need?

  • Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal, with the team and our customers
  • A true customer first mentality where every customer feels their experience with us is positive and welcoming
  • Superior organisation – you’ll be juggling a few hubcaps at once so keeping cool, calm and collected is also a must!
  • A good level of fitness as there is some lifting and 'on your feet' periods of the day
  • Confidence in using IT including online platforms and picking up new systems easily
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy 
  • Some experience in automotive parts could be an advantage, but is not essential - we want the right person!
  • A true team player attitude coupled with a thirst for learning and retaining new information.
