We are seeking a professional, well-presented, and customer-focused Sales Receptionist to join our team. This key front-line position is responsible for creating a positive first impression for all customers and visitors while providing administrative support to the Sales Department.

The successful candidate will thrive in a busy, customer-facing environment and play an integral role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the dealership.

  

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet all customers and visitors in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate team members.
  • Maintain the reception area and customer lounge to a consistently high standard.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Sales Department, including: 

Preparing and processing sales and delivery documentation.

Managing test drives and customer appointments.

Maintaining accurate customer data in the CRM system.

Assisting with vehicle stock displays and presentations.

  • Liaise effectively with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Assist with dealership correspondence, record-keeping, and general administrative tasks as required.

Skills & Experience

  

  • Proven experience in reception, administration, or customer service roles  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Professional personal presentation and a confident, positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
