Service Advisor

In this key role, you’ll be the crucial link between our customers and our workshop — helping ensure every service runs smoothly from booking to handover. Your day will involve coordinating jobs, keeping customers informed, managing admin and payments, and working with our technicians to deliver a top-quality customer experience every time.

We’re proud to offer full training and ongoing support — so even if you don’t have previous automotive experience, we’ll help you build the knowledge and confidence to thrive. All you need to bring is great communication & people skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

• NZ Drivers licence
