Taupo Toyota Used Vehicle Sales Manager

We are looking to add a Used Vehicle Sales Manager as part of our commitment to excellence, and to drive our sales rate/market share to the next level. 

This key role would suit either an experienced Sales Leader or a proven Vehicle Sales Professional anticipating the next career move.

Taupo Toyota is a long-established business that has achieved significant growth across New and Used Vehicle sales. The successful applicant will be going into an operation that has a sound record of success and you will be an integral part of the 2023 #1 Toyota Store in NZ! 

Taupo Toyota is part of the Hawkes Bay Toyota group which operates store’s in Napier, Hastings, Gisborne and Rotorua. The used vehicle department is achieving excellent market share with an extensive range as our stores have the ability to draw on stock from around the group.

Key aspects of the role

• Working closely with the used vehicle team to help with daily management and motivation  of sales team activity
• Actively selling and working with customers alongside the sales team
• Have a sound trading ability to ensure we continue to do business in New and Used vehicles
• Ensuring finance opportunities are maximized with the Business Manager
• Achieve franchise sales targets and standards across the sales operation
