Toyota Vehicle Administrator

Are you highly organised, thorough and process-driven?  We’re on the look out for a dedicated Vehicle Administrator to join our team in our Napier Head Office. 

Sinclair Pryor Motors operates five Toyota stores across the North Island – Hastings, Napier, Gisborne, Taupo and Rotorua – as well as Lexus of Hawkes Bay. We take immense pride in delivering outstanding service and vehicles to our loyal customers.

In this key role you will liaise with business managers, sales consultants and the wider admin team to manage the full vehicle processing cycle.  You’ll be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of relevant vehicle documentation while also maintaining efficient reporting. 

We’re looking for someone who: 

• Is highly organised and methodical 
• Has excellent attention to detail 
• Communicates clearly and confidently 
• Enjoys working independently whilst being part of a collaborative team
• Has experience in administration (automotive admin a huge bonus!)
• You’ll be part of a supportive, fast-paced team environment, with plenty of variety and opportunities to grow your skills in the automotive industry.
