TRC Toyota Masterton require a committed and motivated person to join our sales team. As well as selling new and used vehicles, accessories and our awesome finance and insurance solutions, you will need to be a customer focused legend.

As the successful applicant you will need the following skills and attributes:
- First impressions are very important so you will need to be well presented, love talking to people and building relationships with anyone who walks onto our yard, no matter their background or budget
- Professional in all forms of communication with great attention to detail
- Have a passion for sales and meeting people
- A hunger to learn, develop and earn good money!
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- A very positive person with high initiative and commitment to being successful
- Ability to self-motivate, resilience, target orientated, mentally strong and thrive on interaction
- Able to work some Saturdays (9am-4pm) - usually every second or third Sat, depending on staffing and customer requirements
- You will need to have a full, clean driver's licence.

What does the role involve? You will be trained to sell new and used vehicles, coupled with the right accessories, finance, insurance, and warranty packages for your customers. Building relationships with your team and our customers, prospecting for new customers, answering internet inquiries and be involved in activities in the day to day running of our sales department and dealership are all part of the action. You won't get bored! Make no mistake - it’s busy, but also a very rewarding position for someone with self-drive and the motivation to grow and succeed in the role.
