Service Advisor

Coast Toyota is based in Greymouth which is the gateway to the untamed adventure wilderness and playground that is the West Coast.  

The Service Advisor is a key part of the Service Team and this is a high energy busy role.  You will be all about the Customer. 

You need to be up  for a challenge but training for this role will be provided and ongoing. 

Coast Toyota is looking for  a person who has-

Full Clean Drivers License

Skills & Experience

Excellent reading, verbal and writing skills.

Able to communicate thoughts, ideas and information in a logical, organised and persuasive manner.

Good computer skills to convey and retrieve information including use of internet, email and Microsoft applications.

Experience in Customer Service or Hospitality could be an advantage.

Basic automotive knowledge and knowledge of the Automotive industry would be an advantage but not essential for the right applicant.
